We recently completed on our purchase and this was 6 months after our offer was accepted. The whole process took extremely long and the deal could have easily fallen through if it wasn’t for Neal. He remained on top of the whole process, keeping us (the buyers) and the sellers up to date with the progress from either side. Neal was very professional yet friendly from the outset. It was a very different experience to most other estate agents which is definitely a good thing. I never once felt pressured or chased during the buying process – the check ins were done at a good pace and with no stress – this made a huge difference. However, Neal was always very responsive and got answers for me straight away as needed during the process. What really stood out though was when I collected the keys – Neal greeted me at the house and spent a long time going through everything with me in the house, showing me things, helping me with knowing where key things were like metres and appliances and answering questions. Just before Christmas 2023 my 96 year old uncle finally agreed to move into a Care Home. Acting as his Attorney, I met Neal Trikamji and after his inspection of the property in Stanmore discussed the marketing strategy and instructed them to market the property immediately after Christmas.
Neal contacted me before Christmas and arranged for a specific applicant to view the property before going to the open market. On assurance that the applicant was financially able and not in a chain, the viewing took place. Later that day an offer was made and following negotiation by Neal an increased offer was accepted.
During the subsequent process of surveyor’s inspection, legal and practical questions, Neal ensured that there was easy communication and was readily available to deal with any matters arising. The sale was completed to the satisfaction of both parties.
As a retired property consultant and former estate agent, I must compliment Neal in particular and Londinium for their discreet handling of this transaction. Neal achieved the desired result in an amicable and very constructive way. I would have been proud to do as well myself!

To say that it was a testing experience would be a massive understatement. Grappling with the complexities thrown up by the Lenders over the Rentcharge issue that had never been brought to the surface meant that we all had to learn pretty fast.
